RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Return Policy

Due to the nature of alcohol products, we generally do not accept returns unless the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect. All return requests must be made within 24 hours of delivery.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Wrong Item Received

If you receive the wrong item, contact us within 24 hours. We will arrange for the correct product to be delivered and collect the incorrect item at no charge.

Exchange Policy

Exchanges are available for unopened products within 7 days of purchase, subject to availability. Contact us to initiate an exchange.

Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed.
